Ron Paul Website Makeover

I just finished my site design for my Ron Paul For President online store selling unique Ron Paul products. I wanted it to have the join the revolution feel to it without it looking too political. I wanted it to look for grassroots and more revolutionary than just the traditional red, white and blue look. I have the store stocked with some great Ron Paul products like unique campaign t-shirt, Ron Paul signs and buttons and even some stuff for the babies of Dr. Paul supporters.

Here is the screenshot of the webdesign.

A Winner Is Announced

Before the holidays, I announced a contest where the winner would receive a custom website makeover for their CafePress store. I had several entries to this contest. It was a spur of the moment contest and very informal. Out of the handful of entries, I had a hard time deciding who was going to be the winner. I talked it over with several family members, as I said I would do in the contest details. And finally, we were able to get to 3 possibilities. Then down to two. It was the hardest deciding between the two finalists. But, finally, I was able to break the tie and make a decision.

So, who is the winner? The winner is Kiersten and Cindi, two sisters who go under the pseudynom of CYI at the CafePress forums. Their main website is Moon Hunter Designs. But, the website that will be designed, is a new store they will be creating together, called, All Five Stones.

"The title is from the story of David & Goliath & how David had five smooth stones but only needed to use one. Even though we might be successful in our first attempts, we need to be prepared to persevere through difficult circumstances." ~Kiersten

Well, I am excited to begin work on this site for them.
